Hocking Hills Yurt and Rustic Camping


WELCOME... ...to Salt Creek Retreats Yurt Rental in the Hocking Hills. Get away from the crowds, RVs and trailers in the average campground! Camping with us is a private and peaceful adventure rarely experienced in Ohio's favorite playground, the Hocking Hills. Here, you'll be only a handful of folks who've had the treat to be alone on 60 acres of private woodlands inhabited by owls, deer, possums, turtles, an occasional coyote and other creatures. Camping in our yurt is rustic (no electricity or plumbing) yet comfortable as you snuggle up in your sleeping bag on one of our bunk beds or a futon. Most supplies are included. Just bring food, water, sleeping bag, flashlight and hiking boots! Perfect for groups up to 15 if you bring extra tents. Sorry, rustic campsites are not available at this time Don't get caught up in the hassle of regular camping. Join us for a little piece of quiet. Available year round for hardy (or insane) souls.
